When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 5 business days (Mon-Fri), unless otherwise noted. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
What carrier do you use?
We ship via FedEx, dpd, USPS, and DHL, depending on where the order is being shipped. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order after shipping is confirmed.
For international orders, delays of up to two weeks may occur due to customs, which is out of our control.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship to every country except for five, due to security issues. For now, The Tempest is unable to ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
Will I be charged a customs fee for my order?
All orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country. The shipping fees we charge for your order do not include custom fees. If you’re unsure of your country’s laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order. We are prohibited by law from declaring ordered merchandise as “Gift” on customs forms.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
No, once an order has been placed it enters a very automated system and no changes can be made to the contents of the order nor the shipping address.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns of all unworn and unused product for a refund to original form of payment postmarked within 14 business days of order delivery.
Items purchased on sale or using a discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to issue price adjustments or refunds for shipping at this time.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Return shipping is covered by the customer. All returns should be shipped back using an insured, trackable shipping method. The Tempest Shop is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

How long does it take to process my return?
Can I exchange my merchandise for something else?
We currently don't offer exchanges, so please place a new order on our site if you need a new size, style, or color. If you place a new order for the same style, please email email@example.com and we will happily refund the shipping costs for your replacement order.
What happens if I order something out of stock?
We work hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders will slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these instances, we reserve the right to cancel either the out-of-stock item(s) or your entire order; we will, of course, also issue a refund to your credit card for any items we cannot ship. We will also contact you to let you know that we have modified your order.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not honor price adjustments on full-price or discounted merchandise at this time.
How can I redeem my e-gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed at shop.thetempest.co, and should be applied during checkout.
Can I use promotions and discounts towards the redemption of an e-gift card?
No. Coupons and discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of e-gift cards. If merchandise items are included with your order of a gift card, the coupon value will only apply to merchandise items.
Sales tax will not be applied to the purchase of gift cards. If merchandise items are included with your order of a gift card, tax will only apply to merchandise items.
Can I return an e-gift card?
The Tempest’s e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash.
